I've achieved a goal I've had for a while: my first good Touhou score, 500 million points in EoSD Extra with MarisaB! :)
Executed all the (graze) strategies I had planned to use and finished with a QED capture as planned as well.
I missed some graze by killing safespot fairies too early, had one pretty bad bomb on the books section, got less graze than I could've gotten on Maze of Love, and finished off semifinal non with 3rd bomb when it should've been a cancel, but it didn't matter in the end; I was under the pace I wanted to have, but I ended up with quite a bit more graze than necessary, which lead to more valuable cancels and a good clear bonus, just high enough for 500m. When I saw 375m after capping QED, I knew I had it, since I knew the clearbonus on a successful run would be about 125m or better. However, the potential of this run was 520m; I'd definitely have hit that, had this run been without mistakes. With just adding the cancel on the semifinal non I'd already be at 510m. Oh well.
Final Score: 502,276,420.
