No Miss No Charge means never losing a round or using a charge attack (that includes Level 1 attacks); the survival restrictions are different as this game does not have bombs. This is only really doable with Aya or Medicine, since they break the AI.
Basically, you need to be very lucky on Eiki, hoping she gets hit a lot early on and loses the round about a minute in or so, because it's hard to survive well into a minute on her, let alone two minutes. In my Eiki fight here, the second hit was silly and definitely avoidable, dashing into a pellet that was almost offscreen because my invincibility just barely ended. Oh well. Sakuya and Yuuka can each go very wrong too if they want to, and Sakuya's knife hitboxes are stupid. Komachi is significantly easier than them in my experience but she can definitely decide to be evil too. Stages 1 to 5 are basically guaranteed victory.
Doing this trained my random dodging somewhat, lol.
