Like usual, Stage 1 really isn't that bad. It's more of a chance to test out your controls, and in the case of this game, also give you _plenty_ of chances to test out the various different shot types you can play with. All in all, there's nothing much outside the ordinary to keep track of here.
Ubame's also similarly not too bad. Her attacks can seem a touch overbearing for Stage 1 at first, but honestly the bulk of her attacks are pretty direct. Only real thing you need to keep an eye out for is her last spell card. By itself it's not too bad, but it's an attack that fires bullets that also fire more bullets in all directions. Dealing with attacks coming from surprise horizontal angles isn't something you usually deal with from Stage 1.
