I'd say the stage is quite tough, if it weren't for the fact that by now you should be used to this game's overall mechanics. All in all the biggest theme of the stage is to blast enemies as fast as possible, full stop. The fairies'll fly in and shoot an absolute mountain of bullets, but only if you let them live long enough to do so. Plus, blasting these guys shooting all these bullets'll clear them out. So as long as you keep blasting, you won't have that much to worry about.
Snowy returns as a mid-boss, and she's odd but manageable. Another case of “Spell Practice is your friend” cause she's got some really unique attacks here, but with a little practice and figuring out the trick to them, they go down fairly easily.
Seira again is also a mixed bag, but nothing spell practice can't help a lot with. She's definitely got some attacks you'll need to learn, and others you'll need to route, but there's nothing she fired off at me that was REALLY bad and overly difficult to avoid (though the logic of her final spell is an odd one, and very easy to screw up and trap yourself if you dodge the wrong way). Truth be told, one of the hardest things to learn was her non-spells, part cause you can't practice them and part cause of the odd way they're animated, which you're just gonna have to get used to.
