Chiyari forces her opponent to play slow and safe, as there's no dealing with her wisps if she sends enough over or even maintains a few with C2. Lunatic AI doesn't pilot her as well as a player would, but there aren't many characters who can handle the fight comfortably. Ideally you have a good defensive scope to keep wisps off you and low meter feed so she can't go crazy calling them. Yuuma and Sanae feel pretty good for that.
