Saki's a fairly unremarkable character with two standout features: piercing lasers and suffocating EX wolves that chase you around instead of simply proceeding off the bottom. She's the worst of the three yakuza leaders, but I don't think she's bad, and I really dislike fighting her.
Marisa's very good. The instant full vertical scope can be placed on top of bosses effortlessly to get items off every bullet, letting her cycle C3s on cooldown. Her regular lasers don't pierce, but the charge one does, and her overall damage output is solid. Her boss noncard is low density and the spell card is spread across three origin points, making it difficult to farm gauge off of.
