Not sure what to think about either of these characters.
Mamizou being able to farm bombs with her C2 is theoretically powerful if she plays slow at the start (start with 3, max capacity 7), but she ends up having an expensive C3, and her scope and bomb are both poor. I've been playing with the default random ability cards, but one of Zanmu's gives bomb pieces for using meter as well, so it isn't an unique advantage in all rulesets either.
Tsukasa is dangerous when she gets rolling, but I don't like that her horizontal scope doesn't slow down bullets in front of you while also tending to make walls that block your dodging path to your sides.
