El proyecto de las torres de Martiricos es el proyecto de mayor envergadura que se va a ejecutar en Málaga en los próximos años. La obra se compone de dos rascacielos, dos torres de 30 pisos.
ULMA ha proporcionado soluciones autotrepantes y protecciones perimetrales para su ejecución. Las dos torres no son exactamente iguales. La geometría de losa y la altura son similares, pero la tipología de los núcleos es distinta. Por eso se ha apostado por las soluciones que mejor se adaptasen a cada una de ellas. Así, la Torre 1 se ha ejecutado con el Sistema trepante guiado RKS y la Torre 2 con el Sistema autotrepante de gran capacidad ATR-SC. Ha sido la primera vez que se ha empleado el sistema ATR-SC en España y el cliente ha quedado muy satisfecho por la productividad que ofrece.

La intervención del Retablo de los Reyes en la Catedral Metropolitana de Ciudad de México representa un desafío en restauración patrimonial y trabajos en altura. Para ejecutar las labores de conservación preventiva del Barroco mexicano, ULMA desarrolló una solución de ingeniería basada en metodología BIM, escaneo láser 3D y el Andamio Multidireccional BRIO.
Ante la ausencia de planos originales y la compleja geometría del retablo, con más de 25 metros de altura, relieves, esculturas y acabados en oro, fue necesario crear una réplica digital mediante nube de puntos y tecnología BIM. Esta metodología permitió diseñar una modulación exacta del andamio, garantizar accesos seguros y evitar cualquier interferencia con el patrimonio histórico.
La solución incluyó una estructura BRIO de 11 niveles de trabajo, sistemas de estabilización específicos, plataformas adaptadas a geometrías complejas y soluciones de seguridad certificadas para trabajos en altura. Todo ello permitió a los restauradores trabajar con precisión milimétrica en zonas de difícil acceso, sin realizar anclajes invasivos sobre el retablo.
Más allá del suministro del andamio, el proyecto demuestra cómo la combinación de ingeniería avanzada, digitalización y soluciones de acceso seguras hace posible intervenir bienes culturales de alto valor histórico con la máxima precisión y respeto por su integridad artística.

The intervention carried out on the Altar of the Kings at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Mexico City represents a major challenge in both heritage restoration and working at height. To undertake the preventive conservation works on this masterpiece of Mexican Baroque art, ULMA developed an engineering solution based on BIM methodology, 3D laser scanning, and the BRIO Multidirectional Scaffolding System.
Due to the absence of original drawings and the complex geometry of the altarpiece — rising over 25 metres in height and featuring reliefs, sculptures, and gilded finishes — it was necessary to create a digital replica using point cloud technology and BIM modelling. This methodology enabled the precise scaffolding layout to be designed, ensured safe access, and prevented any interference with the historic structure.
The solution included an 11-level BRIO scaffolding structure, specific stabilisation systems, platforms adapted to complex geometries, and certified safety solutions for work at height. This allowed restoration teams to work with millimetric precision in hard-to-reach areas without the need for invasive anchoring to the altarpiece.
Beyond the scaffolding supply itself, the project demonstrates how the combination of advanced engineering, digitalisation, and safe access solutions makes it possible to intervene on cultural heritage assets of exceptional historical value with maximum precision and full respect for their artistic integrity.

In Atlanta Georgia lies a new up-and-coming residential building. A 27,000 square footage building with 22 floors and retail space in the bottom floor; utilizing two of our shoring systems.
In this project we used our ENKOFLEX system combined with aluminum joist and stringers for stability on each floor. As for our VR-L TABLE, it was used for a fast and safe shoring system designed to reduce labor costs and formwork cycle time by working with assembled tables that only need a one-time assembly at the jobsite.

En Atlanta, Georgia, se encuentra un nuevo y prometedor edificio residencial. Un edificio de 8.230 m² con 22 plantas y locales comerciales en la planta inferior; utilizando dos de nuestros sistemas de apuntalamiento.
En este proyecto utilizamos nuestro sistema ENKOFLEX combinado con vigas y largueros de aluminio para la estabilidad de cada planta. En cuanto a nuestra MESA VR-L, se utilizó un sistema de apeo rápido y seguro diseñado para reducir los costes de mano de obra y el tiempo de ciclo del encofrado al trabajar con mesas ensambladas que sólo necesitan un único montaje en la obra.

Fazendo parte do projeto de prolongamento da Avenida Frederico Ozanan, a Ponte Estaiada sobre o Rio Jundiaí, com um mastro de 43 metros de altura, que sustentará a estrutura de ambos os lados, promete melhorar a infraestrutura urbana, com a construção de mais duas pontes e um túnel que será feito sob a Rodovia João Cereser.
Para a construção da ponte estaiada a ULMA forneceu o sistema MK, que combina alta capacidade de carga e flexibilidade para a formação de diversas estruturas adaptáveis a diferentes geometrias. Foram usadas as Treliças MK no escoramento, Fôrma Enkoform VMK, Console trepante BKM, Fôrma Comain, Escoramento T-60, Escada Brio e Andaime Brio. Ao todo foram dispostas 400 toneladas de equipamentos nessa obra.

As part of the Avenida Frederico Ozanan extension project, the Jundiaí River Cable-Stayed Bridge, with a 43-metre-high mast supporting the structure on both sides, aims to improve the local urban infrastructure with the construction of two additional bridges and a tunnel under the João Cereser motorway.
For the construction of the cable-stayed bridge, ULMA supplied the MK system, which combines high load capacity and flexibility to form diverse structures that are adaptable to different geometries. MK Trusses were used for shoring, as well as the Enkoform VMK Formwork, the BKM Climbing Bracket, the Comain Formwork, the T-60 Shoring, the Brio Ladder, and the Brio Scaffolding. A total of 400 tonnes of equipment were deployed for this project.

Ubicado frente al mar, sobre los acantilados de Mollendo, en la región Arequipa, el emblemático Castillo Forga avanza en un importante proceso de recuperación y puesta en valor que busca devolverle su protagonismo como uno de los referentes arquitectónicos e históricos más representativos del sur del Perú.
Esta histórica construcción, levantada a inicios del siglo XX, forma parte del patrimonio arquitectónico de Mollendo y constituye un símbolo de identidad para la ciudad. Su restauración representa una intervención clave para la conservación del legado cultural de la zona, contemplando la recuperación de sus ambientes originales, la renovación integral de sus instalaciones y la habilitación de nuevos espacios destinados al arte, la recreación y la cultura.
Además de su valor patrimonial, el proyecto presenta un alto nivel de complejidad técnica debido a su particular ubicación. Construido sobre el borde del acantilado mollendino y con gran parte de su estructura expuesta hacia el litoral, la ejecución de los trabajos exige soluciones capaces de responder con seguridad, estabilidad y eficiencia frente a condiciones estructurales desafiantes.
En este contexto, ULMA participa activamente en el desarrollo del proyecto aportando soluciones integrales de andamios, cimbras y sostenimiento adaptadas a los requerimientos específicos de la obra.

Located right by the sea, atop the cliffs of Mollendo in the Arequipa region, the iconic Forga Castle is undergoing a major restoration and enhancement process. This project aims to restore its prominence as one of the most representative architectural and historical landmarks in southern Peru.
Built in the early 20th century, this historic structure is a key piece of Mollendos architectural heritage and a symbol of identity for the city. Its restoration is a crucial intervention for preserving the areas cultural legacy, involving the recovery of its original spaces, a comprehensive refurbishment of its facilities, and the creation of new spaces dedicated to art, leisure, and culture.
In addition to its heritage value, the project presents a high level of technical complexity due to its unique location. Built on the edge of the Mollendo cliff with a large part of its structure exposed to the coastline, the execution of the works demands solutions capable of ensuring safety, stability, and efficiency against challenging structural conditions.

Il progetto di ristrutturazione nel quartiere Cita a Marghera, Venezia, mira a migliorare l’efficienza energetica degli edifici che conformano questo condominio, approfittando del Superbonus 110%. Le azioni previste includono l’installazione di cappotti termici, l’isolamento delle pareti esterne e la coibentazione delle terrazze. Le palazzine interessate sono alte circa 46 metri e hanno richiesto una superficie di ponteggio di 8.500 m² ciascuna. Il sistema di ponteggio multidirezionale BRIO si è dimostrato la scelta ideale perché ha permesso di adattarsi e superare le difficoltà create da sporgenze come poggioli e altri perimetri irregolari degli edifici.

The refurbishment project in the Cita district of Marghera in Venice will improve the energy efficiency of the buildings in the complex, taking advantage of the “Superbonus 110%”. The work planned includes fitting the thermal installation, insulating the outer walls and insulating the balconies. The buildings involved are approximately 46 metres high and each one required a scaffolding surface of 8500 m². The BRIO multidirectional scaffolding system proved to be the ideal choice as it was so adaptable and enabled us to get round the difficulties with projecting balconies and other irregular edges on the buildings.

Torre BILU es un exclusivo desarrollo residencial en Bosque Real, Estado de México, que cuenta con 800 m² de área en las plantas de nivel tipo, 37 niveles, los cuales logran 138 metros de altura total. Para su construcción, ULMA Construction diseñó y suministró sistemas de cimbras y apuntalamientos en una solución integral que incluyó cimbra recuperable RAPID combinada con CIMBRA G para el apuntalamiento de losas, CERCHAS MK para sus voladizos, CIMBRA BRIO y ENKOFORM V-100 para los muros del núcleo de elevadores.
El sistema constructivo de este proyecto involucró losas postensadas, y se destaca por su rápido avance y rendimientos de obra, donde el apuntalamiento de sus losas con el sistema recuperable RAPID fue clave para la construcción de Torre BILÚ, un proyecto con espacios habitables modernos, seguros y estéticamente atractivos, cumpliendo con los más altos estándares de calidad en cada uno de sus niveles.

Torre BILU is an exclusive residential development in Bosque Real in the State of Mexico, with 800 m² of floor space per typical floor, 37 levels and reaching a total height of 138 metres. For its construction, ULMA Construction designed and supplied shoring and shoring systems as a comprehensive solution that included RAPID recoverable shoring combined with CIMBRA G for slab shoring, MK CRADLES for its cantilevers, CIMBRA BRIO and ENKOFORM V-100 for the elevator shaft walls.
The construction system used in this project involved post-tensioned slabs, and stands out for its rapid progress and work performance. The shoring of its slabs with the RAPID recoverable system was key to the construction of Torre BILÚ, a project with modern, safe and aesthetically attractive living spaces, and meets the highest quality standards on each of its levels.
