Todo el tiempo estuvimos acompañados del personal técnico que venía a apoyarnos con el armado de este equipo. La ingeniería que nos proporcionaron y que nos facilitó el montaje y el aseguramiento del elemento fue muy importante en este proyecto
Torre BILU es un exclusivo desarrollo residencial en Bosque Real, Estado de México, que cuenta con 800 m² de área en las plantas de nivel tipo, 37 niveles, los cuales logran 138 metros de altura total. Para su construcción, ULMA Construction diseñó y suministró sistemas de cimbras y apuntalamientos en una solución integral que incluyó cimbra recuperable RAPID combinada con CIMBRA G para el apuntalamiento de losas, CERCHAS MK para sus voladizos, CIMBRA BRIO y ENKOFORM V-100 para los muros del núcleo de elevadores.
El sistema constructivo de este proyecto involucró losas postensadas, y se destaca por su rápido avance y rendimientos de obra, donde el apuntalamiento de sus losas con el sistema recuperable RAPID fue clave para la construcción de Torre BILÚ, un proyecto con espacios habitables modernos, seguros y estéticamente atractivos, cumpliendo con los más altos estándares de calidad en cada uno de sus niveles.

Torre BILU is an exclusive residential development in Bosque Real in the State of Mexico, with 800 m² of floor space per typical floor, 37 levels and reaching a total height of 138 metres. For its construction, ULMA Construction designed and supplied shoring and shoring systems as a comprehensive solution that included RAPID recoverable shoring combined with CIMBRA G for slab shoring, MK CRADLES for its cantilevers, CIMBRA BRIO and ENKOFORM V-100 for the elevator shaft walls.
The construction system used in this project involved post-tensioned slabs, and stands out for its rapid progress and work performance. The shoring of its slabs with the RAPID recoverable system was key to the construction of Torre BILÚ, a project with modern, safe and aesthetically attractive living spaces, and meets the highest quality standards on each of its levels.

In the heart of downtown Athens, Georgia lies a new event service arena called the ‘The Classic Center’. A facility with the capacity to hold about 8,000 people for either concert, sport tournaments or general sessions that contains five level. Surrounded by hotels, restaurants and shops, ULMA was able to incorporate a variety of forming and shoring systems into this project, such as MEGALITE and UCAB-EUC forming systems supporting the foundation walls; and having the KSP PLATFORM and BMK, both climbing formwork systems used for the four core walls.

En el mismo centro de Atenas, Georgia, está situado un nuevo espacio multiusos llamado «The Classic Center». Un centro con cinco niveles y capacidad para alojar a unas 8000 personas en conciertos, torneos deportivos o convenciones. Rodeado por hoteles, restaurantes y tiendas, ULMA fue capaz de incorporar en este proyecto varios sistemas diferentes de encofrado y cimbra, por ejemplo, los sistemas de encofrado MEGALITE y UCAB-EUC que soportan los muros de cimentación y los encofrados trepantes BMK y PLATAFORMAS KSP, siendo utilizados estos dos últimos elementos para los cuatro muros centrales.

El nuevo Teleférico Pío Nono, en Santiago de Chile, forma parte del plan de modernización del transporte turístico del Parque Metropolitano, uno de los espacios verdes más emblemáticos de la ciudad. Este sistema conectará el acceso Pío Nono del Cerro San Cristóbal, desde el Zoológico Nacional hasta la cumbre, con una estación intermedia en el sector Chile Nativo.
Con una extensión de 1.000 metros, 24 cabinas y capacidad para 800 personas por hora, este teleférico representa un paso clave hacia una movilidad más sostenible y accesible. El proyecto, ejecutado por el consorcio Icafal-Doppelmayr y diseñado por Lateral Arquitectura, incluye la construcción de tres estaciones y diez torres.
En esta obra, ULMA Construction ha aportado soluciones de encofrado y apuntalamiento que garantizan eficiencia, seguridad y precisión en cada fase:
• Encofrado modular ORMA: ideal para muros y pilares de gran tamaño, que optimizan los tiempos de montaje y reducen costos de mano de obra.
• Cimbra de marco T-60, empleado como apeo en losas y vigas de cuelgue, ofrece gran capacidad portante, modularidad y seguridad en alturas variables.
• Puntales de aluminio ALUPROP, perfectos para zonas de difícil acceso como escaleras, gracias a su ligereza y resistencia.
• Encofrado modular ligero COMAIN, utilizado en el área junto al Zoológico Nacional, una solución manuportable que destacó por su rapidez y adaptabilidad al entorno.

ULMA Construction is playing a key role in the development of the new Pío Nono Cable Car in Santiago, Chile, a project that forms part of the ambitious modernization plan for tourist transportation within the Metropolitan Park, one of the citys most iconic green spaces. The system will connect the Pío Nono entrance of Cerro San Cristóbal, from the National Zoo to the summit, with an intermediate station in the Chile Nativo sector.

Lotus Tower, construída pela construtora Lotus Cidade, destaca-se como a maior obra privada em construção na América Latina. Foi projetada para sediar empresas, organismos internacionais e órgãos públicos e contará com 172 mil m² de área construída, abrigando a segunda maior laje corporativa do país, no Setor de Autarquias Norte, em Brasília.
O edifício, disponibiliza escritórios a partir de 1.500 m², um Centro de Convenções, auditório para 396 pessoas, lojas e um heliponto com capacidade para receber o helicóptero presidencial VH-34 Super Puma. A estrutura prevê a circulação diária de 10 mil pessoas.
A ULMA, reconhecida por sua expertise em grandes construções, foi a parceira ideal no fornecimento dos sistemas de fôrmas e escoramentos. O projeto contemplava a execução de lajes com panos de até 6.000 m², sendo o maior desafio a velocidade na construção. Na execução da torre, foram utilizadas mais de mil toneladas de equipamentos ULMA: 9.000 m² de Mesa Voadora, 3.000 m² de Sistema Recub e 1.000 m² de Fôrmas Comain + CLR para pilares. Tais soluções aceleraram a execução da estrutura em 30% a 40%, segundo o cliente.

Lotus Tower, built by the construction company Lotus Cidade, stands out as the largest private project under construction in Latin America. Designed to house companies, international organisations, and public agencies, it will feature 172,000 m²of built area, housing the second-largest corporate office building in Brazil, located in Setor de Autarquias Norte (Northern Independent Agencies Sector) of Brasília.
The building offers offices starting at 1,500 m²in area, a Convention Centre, an auditorium for 396 people, retail stores, and a helipad with capacity for the VH-34 Super Puma presidential helicopter. The structure is expected to accommodate 10,000 people daily.
ULMA, acknowledged for their expertise in large-scale construction, were the ideal partner for supplying the formwork and shoring systems. The project included the construction of slabs with panels up to 6,000 m² in size, with the greatest challenge being construction speed. Over one thousand tonnes of ULMA equipment were used to build the tower: 9,000 m² of Flying Formworks, 3,000 m² of RECUB systems, and 1,000 m² of Comain + CLR formworks for the columns. El Conjunto Monumental de la Alhambra, una de las principales maravillas del patrimonio artístico mundial más singulares y visitadas de España y del mundo, inicia una ambiciosa intervención de conservación. Un proyecto de restauración que tiene como objetivo recuperar las cubiertas del Mexuar y de los Palacios Nazaríes, espacios clave en la historia y en la imagen del recinto declarado Patrimonio Mundial por la UNESCO.
Para ello, los trabajos se han diseñado en cuatro fases, iniciando en el entorno del Palacio de Carlos V y avanzando progresivamente hacia el Bosque de San Pedro. Una planificación que permite que las obras convivan con las visitas al monumento, minimizando las molestias a los miles de turistas que recorren la Alhambra cada día.
En la primera fase, ULMA ha dispuesto una gran plataforma de acopio de materiales, para entrada y salida de obra, la cual se ha diseñado con Cimbra BRIO y ENKOFLEX, diseñada para grandes cargas de hasta 1.500 kilos por metro cuadrado. La Cimbra BRIO se adapta perfectamente a la orografía del terreno y, el encofrado ENKOFLEX, al espacio que queda entre Torre de Comares y Torre de Machuca.

The Alhambra Monumental Complex, one of the world’s most unique and visited artistic heritage wonders, has begun an ambitious conservation project. This restoration aims to repair the roofs of the Mexuar and the Nasrid Palaces, key spaces in the history and image of the site, which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The work has been planned in four phases, beginning around the Palace of Charles V and progressing gradually towards the Forest of San Pedro. This phased approach allows the restoration to take place alongside visits to the monument, minimising disruption to the thousands of tourists who visit the Alhambra every day.
In the first phase, ULMA has installed a large materials staging platform for the movement of materials in and out of the site, designed using BRIO formwork and ENKOFLEX. The platform is engineered to support heavy loads of up to 1,500 kilos per square metre. The BRIO formwork adapts perfectly to the terrain’s topography, while the ENKOFLEX formwork fits precisely in the space between the Comares Tower and the Machuca Tower.

Located at Roberts Bank in Delta, British Columbia, Westshore Terminals is Canada’s leading coal export terminal, and the busiest in North America. Westshore is expanding its operations to initially handle up to 4.5 million tonnes of potash per year.
A key element of this expansion is the Potash Storage Building, an enclosed structure measuring approximately 400 metres in length, 70 metres in width, and 40 metres in height.
ULMA was selected to provide the shoring and working platform solutions for the assembly of the arched timber structure, a critical component in the overall construction sequence.
The systems supplied included ALUPROP Shoring Towers, VR Table Working Platforms, MK-120 Steel Beams and VM-20 Timber Beams.

Ubicado en Roberts Bank, en Delta, Columbia Británica, Westshore Terminals es la principal terminal de exportación de carbón de Canadá y la más activa de toda Norteamérica. Como parte de su plan de expansión, Westshore está ampliando sus operaciones para gestionar inicialmente hasta 4,5 millones de toneladas de potasa al año.
Un elemento clave de esta ampliación es el Edificio de Almacenamiento de Potasa, una estructura cerrada de aproximadamente 400 metros de longitud, 70 metros de ancho y 40 metros de altura.
ULMA fue seleccionada para proporcionar las soluciones de cimbra y plataformas de trabajo destinadas al montaje de la estructura arqueada de madera, un componente crítico en la construcción del proyecto.
Los sistemas suministrados incluyeron cimbra de gran carga ALUPROP, plataformas de trabajo Mesa VR, vigas de acero MK-120 y vigas de madera VM-20.
