As much as we sometimes like to laugh at frozen drinks or just think of them as a holiday novelty, they can be quite tricky to properly balance. So in this episode we’re looking at the science of frozen drinks to lay down some fundamentals and make sure you feel confident to adapt almost any recipe into an icy masterpiece.
