11 seconds of pure hell. My computer crashed fully twice, and Vegas crashed eight times on its own. D: HD settings suck, seriously. That would have taken me at the most half a minute to render in normal settings, but for Youtubes box size, it took TWENTY MINUTES. ¬.¬ For ten odd seconds of clips.

I have to apologise for the atrocious quality of this video, since I threw it together in about two days, which I spent very little of actually editing. So, this is pretty slapdash and messy and crap.
Yeahhhh, Reapers Edit, again. Sorry for everyone who doesnt follow/like it. Although Ive at least switched characters. Okay, first, a huuuuuuuuge sorry to Priscy for sucking and not putting in ANYTHING about partners or a pact and stuff.
Basically, story wise, since RE is AU and I can get away with it, Hope is Noctis younger brother. Hes on his... fourth or fifth game, ish, maybe more than that. His first game didnt go well, since not only was he frustratingly young (as his entry fee was his age/appearence, since he values his pride and his status) but he was partnered with Alyssa, who turned rogue and attempted to sabotage other Players, but was caught. Hope, in all the trauma (because hes a snivelling weakling there) faints, and instead of erasing him the rescue squad sort of take pity on him, since he wasnt aware he was doing anything wrong, and he ends up working for them.
His entry fee doesnt change for all of that time, until he runs into his brother in the last game. Their parents didnt get along with Noct, and he left home after long while arguing and fighting, and since Noctis always lied, Hope assumes hes rogue and trying to ruin the game when he isnt. Biased as fuck, basically.
Serah takes over from the old Composer, and suddenly Hope is out of a job, no longer favouritised and lent a hand all the time- she doesnt want him around trying to suck up to her, and now hes just an ordinary Player. Before his death, Hope had just finished the training and become a lawyer, the type of well-payed, steady job his parents tried to bring him up to want. Unfortunately, Hope stood against the wrong person on one of his first cases, and was murdered. I think. I might change that later, who knows.
As for other things, its 5 in the bloody morning and I need to pack, so Ill edit them in later.

ANYWAY.
Quick synopsis;
Cloud and Stella are Namine and Rikkus parents. Zack is Clouds best friend, who died while Cloud was still growing up, and Shotgun, who I called Skye (dont know his real name... have they even released it yet?) is Clouds brother. Pretend Tidus and Shuyin are Shotgun/Skye.
Basically follow the lyrics. Stella isnt there for any of them (it was supposed to be her at the start, apologising to Cloud via the phone. xDD Its Namines voice from Re;Com, deepened a little.) and Cloud and Rikku are never around to look after Namine (pretend shes like 8, or 10, somewhere before 14. Cmon, she looks it.)
Cloud is trying to protect Namine from having to see anything that might hurt her, like how he was scarred from losing Zack, but hes not there enough to stop her seeing everything.
Stella crops up on the news, and Cloud runs in just in time to turn it off, already knowing why. After all, he had to send her body to the lifestream after her murder...
He tries to keep it a secret from both the girls, but while hes gone again, their uncle comes to look after them, and is shot right in front of Namine.
Soooo... Big emo finish, Cloud returns home, not knowing Namine SAW Skye/Shotgun die, and tries to cheer her up.
But... Namine knows everything. She was old enough to guess why Cloud was always so upset, why Rikku was always gone with her boyfriend.
So, um, yeah. Longer version comin soon.

Shipping Wars final round and stuff, I guess. Way within the limits- worryingly shorter than everyone elses so far this round, guess I kind of copped out a little.
Cut of the song is deliberately abrupt- it ends in the middle of the line because something awful happens to them, things get cut short.
I kind of tried to show a little of how I thought their relationship dynamic would work (Zacks cheery personality contrasting with Nocts shy, a little-bit-sarky one) before quickly descending into angst. Ended up going for a sort of basic Zack is a soldier in Nocts army plot that seems to be a cliche whenever Zacks paired with a character whos supposedly royalty/of a higher class.
And uh the happily ever after would probably be neither of them ending up dead and escaping whatever horrible situation I put them in to go live somewhere secluded in the country and so on. Boring, I know.")
