This is "Tonic Tile" for the Atari ST released back in 1987 by Edge.

This is another request from my buddy Daz (youtube.com/user/ZEUSDAZ/videos).
It's a quite decent Arkanoid clone with 32 levels and a boss fight at the end.
There is a tiny ending sequence in this Daz!
