This is "Vader" for the Commodore Amiga released back in 1987 by Softgang and developed by Olaf Schneider(code), M. Mense(graphics), Michael Bohne(graphics) and Michael Scheer(graphics).
It is a very basic vertical shooter.
Your goal is to stay alive as long as you can, fighting against alien waves and avoiding their bullets and crashing on them.
After level 16, which 16 is practically the number of enemy waves you have destroyed, the game's graphics are repeated.
I like a lot the loading screen of the game.
