Took a few weeks longer than I originally thought it would, but finally finished the second part of the speed boost glitch compilation, exactly one month after posting part 1. Just in time too as the brand new TXR releases on PS5 in less than 24 hours, which I'm gonna be having an absolute field day with in terms of fun & content. But anyway this part goes over all the cars again, this time now fully tuned & with custom setups trying to get as many cars as I possibly can to the 230 MPH limit. Un-upgradable cars like the Gemballas & the 4 special cars simply have custom setups this time. The problem that led to part 2 taking so long to make was that most cars are so powerful when fully upgraded that when also combined with the speed boost glitch, ramping up the power even more, they have little to no grip to actually accelerate well. 4 wheel drive cars, and to a lesser extent mid-engine cars, were the only real exceptions to this. I had to come up with a new suspension setup from scratch, completely differing from the simplistic one I recommended in my top speed setups compilation video, to better handle the brutal acceleration. In addition, front-wheel drive cars also needed their own unique suspension setup to better handle the power as for them, it was even worse. Also adding to the delay was that I said I would include the custom cars this time, bumping the total up to 113 cars, where as last part only had 80. This took so long to make that I had to record a short playthrough on another game to use just to fill the time while trying to finish this up, thank god that's over with now. Timestamps for each car below.
