The TOEFL test has four sections: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing.
Each section is scored from 0 to 30, so your total score can go up to 120.

Most universities accept scores between 90 and 100 for undergraduate programs. But if you're aiming for top schools like Harvard or Yale, you’ll likely need 100 or higher. Some competitive programs—especially in business or law—may expect something closer to 110–115.
