A driving demonstration within a Lexus NX wearing Tobii Pro Glasses 2, highlighting the Real-World Mapping. The purpose of Real-World Mapping is to create heat maps, gaze plots, AOIs, and Metrics. Then, the mapped eye tracking data is used by researchers to visualize attention and analyze trends in driver behavior.
In this video we show a clip of the gaze replay of Glasses 2 in Tobii Pro Lab. You can then see a snapshot of the Areas of Interest, heat map, and gaze plot. As the driver begins to be tracked you can actually witness a small bicycle accident within the video which further drives home the capture of truly natural behavior with Glasses 2.
