This is my second match as a participant in the fifth Toasty Tour MGTT Tournament! This is a Netplay tournament taking place from 8/25-9/3/23 with 24 players from across the MGTT and MSSB communities. ChrisToastyOG is the founder of the Toasty Tour tournaments and has learned a good deal from these tours, especially once the MGTT elite got involved. I decided to demonstrate the small but hyper-controllable Koopa Troopa, since Toasty took Peach from me. Played essentially perfectly, with a big HIO to further my lead at a crucial moment.
While it is fun to hype the potential for holes-in-one, we've come to the realization as a community that the meta for match play at Congo Canopy as it stands is admittedly stale. Very little room for recovery and only the first five characters are really viable. Everyone past Yoshi is awkward and unnecessary.
