TM Krishna returns for the second half of the concert with a series of songs and bhajans as a tribute to MS Subbulakshmi for whom Vikku Vinayakram was a regular accompanist during the peak years of her career. This Mira Bhajan called "Paga Gunghru" was made popular in Carnatic circles by the inimitable MS Subbulakshmi. This song was also a popular staple in various feature films.
Here Krishna, along with Vikku Vinayakram on ghatam, is accompanied by HK Venkataram on violin, K Arunprakash on mridangam and N Ramakrishnan on konnakol and mridangam. Tambura support is provided by Jayant Naidu and Bhargavi Venkatram.
