In this video Carnatic vocalist Vignesh Ishwar talks about how he became involved in the ongoing Blue Planet series, his amazing collaboration with Bharatanatyam artiste Christopher Gurusamy, and teaming up with violinist Sayee Rakshith, mridangam artiste Sumesh Narayanan and dancer/nattuvangam player Sudarshini Iyer to create NAVA - Songs of the Forest. He discusses how "Nava" came into existence with the support of some great artistes who contributed immensely to the choreography, music and lyrical content of the piece.
