All-purpose flour (or cake flour) 1 cup (130 g)
Cocoa powder (unsweetened) 5 tbsp (30 g)
Sugar 1/2 cup (100 g)
Baking powder 1 tsp (4 g)
Baking soda 1/8 tsp (0.5 g)
Instant coffee 1 tbsp (5 g)
Warm milk 2/3 cup (160 ml)
Plain yogurt 1/4 cup (60 g)
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp (60 ml)

Instant coffee 1 tbsp (5 g)
Sugar 2 tbsp (25 g)
Hot water 3 tbsp (45 ml)

*Mascarpone cream*
Mascarpone 280 g (10 oz)
Sugar 1/3 cup (65 g)
Vanilla extract 1/2 tbsp (6 g)
Cold heavy cream 1+1/6 cup (280 ml)

*Decoration*
Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
