γHealthyγ Coffee Pudding | No Egg! No Sugar! Low Calorie! Diabetic Friendly! Easy Coffee Dessert
Hello and welcome!π
Today Iβll show you how to make healthy coffee pudding. This smooth and delicious coffee dessert is eggless, sugar-free, low-carb, low-calorie, gluten-free, and diabetic-friendly, that everyone can enjoy. If you want a caffeine free version, use decaf coffee. It takes only 5 minutes to make. Everyone will love this incredible coffee dessert cream.
*Sweetener: I used allulose because it dissolves smoothly like sugar. Swerve or erythritol are also recommended. However, if you prefer monk fruit, stevia, or another sugar substitute, feel free to use those.*
