Tips for Unlocking ‘ROSE QUARTZ’ Camo in Warzone Season 5! (‘Cooperation’ Warzone Reward Challenges)
In this video we’re going to take a look at how to complete the co-operation warzone reward challenges that we’re added with the Season 5 update. The mastery camo for completing all 4 of these challenges is this camo called Rose Quartz.
Before we jump into tho, Seeing as these are the co-operation challenges you’re going to need a teammate to do most if not all of these challenges. If you want to feel free to jump into my discord server which is linked in the description down below, there is a channel in the discord called play with others and you can use this party up with and help each other out.
So the first challenge is to Assist a squadmate in an Elimination, 15 different times. What it means to assist a squadmate in an elimination, Is basically you have to deal a small amount of damage to another player and your teammate then needs to get the final kill on them. You’ll see it pop up with assist on your screen if you’ve done it properly.
There’s not really any quick ways to cheese through doing this, it’s pretty much just going to complete itself as you play with other people on your team. You can definitely try and follow your team mates around and shoot a few bullets into people they’re trying to kill tho to get this done.
After getting 15 assists you’ll then be able to do the next challenge which is to perform a squad assemble, 5 different times.
The way to perform a squad assemble is basically at very start of the game you’re entire team needs to drop & land at the exact same location on the map.
You can’t do this Solo you need to do this in either Duos, Trios, or Quads and that can be in either Battle Royale or Resurgence game modes.
When you drop at the start of a game, The first person on your team that touches the ground will have this icon show up on the map and then to perform the Squad Assemble your entire team needs to land in close proximity to this icon.
You’ll get an alert on screen showing that you’ve done it properly and plus you’ll hear an audio quote from graves and get an instant loot crate UAV.
The easiest way i found to do this one is random fill into a duos game and you can then just follow your team mate to wherever they land to guarantee you’ll get the squad assemble.
Once you’ve done that the next challenge is to Kill Operators pinged by a squadmate, 10 different times. Now even tho it says you need to kill players pinged by a squadmate, You can actually just do this one by yourself. While i was doing this challenge i was able to just ping them myself while in the middle of a gun fight or while once i’d downed someone and it counted towards the challenge.
If you are doing this with team mates tho, Consider all running the combat scout perk as having this will automatically ping people when you shoot them otherwise you’ll need to be spamming up on the dpad in order to ping other players for your team.
The final challenge is to Acquire $20,000 from squadmates and spend it all at a buy station in a single match, 5 times. Now my first thought was to just smash this out in plunder but in this mode you can’t actually drop cash for your team, so this one does need to be completed in Battle Royale or Resurgence.
We tried a few things out while doing this challenge and what we discovered is that you can collect cash yourself towards this it doesn’t all need to be collected by your teammates.
The important part to get the challenge to track is for your team mates to drop the money for you before spending it at the buy station. So if you want to use your own money, you just need to drop your cash for your team mate before they drop it to you sorta thing.
The other thing we worked out while doing this challenge is that even tho it kinda of implies you need to do this in 5 different games, You can actually do this multiple times per game. So if you have 40k, drop it to your team mate, have them drop 20k for you to then spend it at a buy station which will count for one and then get them to drop another 20k and spend it again to progress towards the challenge a second time.
