This is the Tinnitus Scrubber IV 10000 Hz Centered Noise Masking by request. The center frequency is higher that the original Scrubber and previous variations. There is a constant static noise from 4000 Hz to 20000 Hz and a "scrubbing" type sound the slowly shifts upward and downward around the 10 kHz center point.
Noise masking is the introduction of a new sound to the mind so that is is distracted away from the sound of tinnitus it hears, or sounds nearby to the listener. The masking noise should be played at a lower volume that the sound attempting to be masked.
