Grand Theft Auto does not exist on the Mac, sort of... There's the iPad trilogy ports that you can run on Apple Silicon Macs, and that's the closest to an official way to play the PS2 era GTA on the Mac. There are of course, other less official ways to play it such as using a PC copy with CrossOver for much better experience.'
