🌡️ Summer heat can be deadly—but it’s not just the temperature that matters.
The heat index combines temperature and humidity to show how hot it really feels to the human body. And it doesn’t take extreme heat to become dangerous. Just 30°C (86°F) with high humidity can feel like 38°C (100°F)—putting even healthy people at risk. 🥵

⚠️ Know the danger zones:

26–32°C (80–90°F): Caution
32–40°C (90–103°F): Heat illness risk rises
40–50°C (103–125°F): Dangerous
50°C+ (125°F+): Heat stroke likely
💧 Stay hydrated, avoid strenuous activity, and check on vulnerable people—especially older adults and young children.
Know the signs. Take the heat index seriously. Plan ahead.
