This hand cannon is busted. Exalted truth is the trials hand cannon that I got to drop with destabilizing rounds to make enemies volatile with kills as well as demoralize which is a new perk that can weaken enemies with precision kills. So this can constantly apply debuffs to create tons of explosions and also trigger certain abilities like stylish executioner to turn invisible over and over and over. So it’s amazing at ad clear, it can stun barrier champions, and it provides a lot more value if you build around it. Or if you don’t want to double down on void debuffs, it also gets damage perks like one for all, magnificent howl, or precision instrument, and it even gets repulsive brace to give yourself tons of overshields thanks to destabilizing rounds.
