Le monarque is busted right now. Perfectly timed shots with this bow will inflict poison on your target. This will deal damage over time and it’s actually considered overload damage so it will obviously stun overload champions and will exhaust everything it touches. Exhaust is a new keyword that makes your enemies deal less damage to you and it can trigger certain abilities in the artifact. But that’s not why le monarque is so good right now. Since the poison deals damage over time, whenever you’re behind a storms keep barricade, it will generate a bolt charge must faster than other weapons. So every one/two shots will also create a lightning strike for even more damage, essentially increasing the damage of le monarque by a lot, and with the help of the seasonal artifact, it’s actually a legitimate option for dps against bosses.
