The combination of Trinity Ghoul and Thunderclap is enough to kill enemies in PvP so long as 1) you land all your arrows (it shoots 3) and you get some crit damage in there or 2) they are running low Resilience.
If you have the Lightning Rod perk active, the chain lightning + Thunderclap combo will always kill. Pair this with Insurmountable Skullfort and you got infinite lightning chaining bow punchers.
My kinetic slot weapon is a Boudica-C with Pugilist so I can get my melee back quicker in the event I blow it and miss my Thunderclap or don't secure the kill, but any Puglist/Wellspring weapon will come in handy.
I obviously run Knockout because you can chain lightning into a normal melee to reactivate the perk since your normal melee becomes an Arc melee when Knockout is activated. I also ran Juggernaut to make it easier to get into CQC for the punch follow up kill.
Knockout will make you Amplified when you get a melee kill, and your Juggernaut shield has more health when you are Amplified, so this combo works a lot better than Touch of Thunder would considering how CQC/melee oriented the build is.
It is SUPER easy to get going, and you don't even have to think or aim once you get the ball rolling. Just shoot in their general area and the chain lighting will hit, then punch in their general area and they'll die since Thunderclaps damage radius is gigantic.
I 100% recommend running this with Temptations Hook (Arc caster sword) as you can switch to Trinity Ghoul while the energy beam is still traveling and activate Lightning Rod that way since the beam travels slowly and hits multiple times before killing an enemy.
All in all, I am a HUGE fan of this build, both in terms of how much I enjoy it as well as body mass.
