Today's Destiny 2 PvP funny moments gameplay video is brought to you by ONE SHOT GLAIVES! Do you want hate mail but don't want to use a smelly Fusion Rifle? WELL HAVE I GOT A BUILD FOR YOU!
Okay so Unstoppable Force bumps Enigmas damage up from 130 to a whopping 180, which is a whopping 38% damage bonus (more than Kill Clip and Swashbuckler x5). You throw a 20% damage bonus on top of that and you got yourself some one shots in the Crucible BAYBEEEEE!
You can easily get a 20% damage bonus from a myriad of sources (Empowering Rift, Sun Warrior, Inertia Override, Lumina Empowering buff, High-Energy Fire), so making this build work isn't very difficult outside of, you know, having to use a glaive. Honestly, the biggest hurdle is getting block energy to activate Unstoppable Force without consuming too much special ammo.
I tried this with Loreley Splendor on stream recently, and honestly, I like the Inertia Override build better just because of the reload you get as well as the buff not being tied to an ability. Lumina works really, really well with either build now that it's been buffed. It does require a teammate nearby to activate, which is really the only drawback considering you get 2 healing shots per kill, which is 16 seconds of one shot potential if you play optimally.
I'm using Dunemarchers because I love it for turning Ballistic Slam into a mini-super, and also the slide can be pretty useful for applying glaive pressure and getting enemies to panic backpedal, which usually means they are easy to hit since they are not strafing, but rather walking in a straight line backwards. Ballistic Slam is also good for popping them into the air, making them easy to glaive for block energy since they can't strafe while airborne.
Also Lasting Impression tracking rockets are still funny.
