An alleged victim detailed being attacked by Joseph Killins on April 19, 2023. Through an interpreter, she testified that Killins assaulted her from behind and stole her backpack as the court was shown injuries that the victim allegedly sustained at the hands of Killins. Killins is also accused of sexually assaulting a DoorDash driver and shooting the sister of the driver’s girlfriend.
