Dr. Avram Mack, a forensic psychiatrist, was back on the stand Monday morning in the case against Lindsay Clancy. During cross-examination, Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney spoke back to the witness for laughing and smiling at one of his questions. The judge sustained the objection and told the attorney to move on. The entire cross-examination of this witness was tense.
