they/them is a peacock original slasher horror movie that came out on august 5th, 2022. it takes place at a conversion therapy camp in the middle of the woods (where all great horror movies take place). while the movie has a great diverse cast and a good concept, it is poorly executed. with little to no scenes that are actually scary, and homophobia plus transphobia riddled throughout, this movie is a chore (and a bore lol) to get through. today, i discuss the movie, make fun of it, and talk about the implications it makes. if you've watched it, let me know your thoughts! i hope you all enjoy!
