I found a bunch of bizarre novelty cookbooks and decided to let fate choose dinner. Welcome to Cookbook Roulette.

From TV shows and movies to musicians, celebrities. I loaded them all onto a roulette wheel. One spin decides the cookbook. Three minutes to choose a recipe. No take-backs. No Prisoners (except me).

Mystery Recipe ingredients:

1 tb olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 tb finely chopped garlic
1 pound spicy italian sausage, casing removed
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
3 tb tomato paste
1/3 cup chopped basil leaves or 2 tb dried basil, crushed
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 bay leaf (better make it 2)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
15 pasta sheets
2 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
1 cup grated parmesan
1 package (10 oz) frozen, chopped spinach
salt and peppa
2 large eggs
5 cups grated mozzarella cheese (around 20 oz)
