Latasha Clemons, Kathy Bossman, and Colleen Walz talked about what it's taken to get here, and having the Women Chiefs Council alongside them made the climb a little less lonely. What it's given these three is mentorship, camaraderie, and watching the next generation of women rise through the ranks.
To their male peers, the ask is simple. See women firefighters as equals, not exceptions.
