Napa Public Works exists to serve our community from the ground up. We plan, build, and maintain the infrastructure that makes daily life possible: streets, sidewalks, drainage systems, city facilities, the fleet that keeps every department moving. We design and deliver capital improvement projects, manage development engineering, and do countless hours of work that residents never see, all in service of one goal: improving the quality of life in Napa. Behind every completed project is a high-performing team of more than 80 professionals who care deeply about this community.
