Are you infinite being itself, or are you only a part of unlimited consciousness in the same way a ray or spark of light is a part of the sun?
Rupert says: ‘You are not a spark of God’s infinite being. That suggests there is God’s being plus your being. If there is God’s being plus your being, let alone another eight billion beings, then God cannot be very infinite.
‘Think of the physical space of the universe and the space in your room. They seem different, but if you took samples of each and analysed them, you would see that they are the same – there is only one space. Likewise, there’s only one being, and you are that. The only being in you is God’s being, infinite being, the only being there is.’
