Here I show how to swim in the shallow body of water near the entrance to hyrule field. Maybe its possible to do "swim in air" (like youtu.be/xod9jc-ed-Q?t=35s), and the pick up a magic drop to get GID.

If GID can be done, you can hover bolder over to the purple rupee chest, GIM the chest, hover back over the bolder, then jump into the water below to get hover boots. Wouldn't be useful for AD no doors as you would still need to open a door to get iron boots, but its a potential start.
