This is stupidly difficult. I did use a cheat to keep the nut from despawning. If you do time stop then spawn the nut, you may be able to get the nut in position using zora fins without cheats.
Edit: So to explain about the nut. One of the variables for the collectible actor (think item drop) is the number of frames till despawn. When you kill the deku baba and the nut appears, the frame counter is set to 220 and it is follows some free fall arc. Once it hits the ground after the arc, the frame counter starts decreasing every visual frame. The cheats I used in this video were freeze the timer. Also just to mention, I also used cheats to move the nut from where it landed to there, but that was more of just convenience as zora fins can be used to move the nut drop in place.

This uses a script that draws the scene collision. This way it can be viewed. Has potential for TASes, glitch hunting (specifically for clips and void warps), and for learning tricks in unloaded rooms. This project is far from being done, so the code I used for this will not be made public at moment.

This is a lotad of OOT RBO (Reverse Boss Order).
In this lotad (low optimization tool assisted demonstration), I start from a fresh file and reach the credits. The only restriction is that I must beat every boss (defined as a major enemy whose death spawns either a cutscene or blue warp) in the reverse intended order (ie start with ganon and finish with ghoma).
You may notice that there are some things I do that seem like I do or collect certain items that are useless. There were some route changes while I was making this. Additionally there were some desyncs so towards the end I went with a different credits warp.")

After the forest temple blue warp cs, you are at exit 5E8. If you are swordless, you can cast FW using swordless down A for RI, then do epona minigame wrong warp, and your are at exit 5EC, which is the twinrova exit as shown in the vid.")
