If you hold backwards in certain corners such as this one, you can spam jump to get repeated jumps. At most I've gotten 4 jumps on this corner, but in another corner I've had 5. I think if you can get 5 jumps, I think you could mantle onto the second floor. If you did, you could then theoretically go inside and get the necessary pickups while waiting for the conversation to finish, basically turning this level into an auto scroller rather than an RNG level. Hopefully someone figures out how to make these jumps consistent, and how to get more of them.
