The unique German Philosopher called Theodore Heiner Othmar Illion, travelled extensively across the Tibetan Autonomous Province. He was born on the 20th November 1898 in Edmonton, in the Alberta Province of Western Canada and passed away on the 4th September 1984, in Western Austria. Theodore Heiner Othmar Illion wrote In Secret Tibet that was published on the 15th December 1937.
