Did you know an 11th-century church in London has a literal Devil's Door ? Located on the Norman north wall of St. Mary the Virgin Church in Barnet, North London. This door was deliberately thrown open during medieval baptisms to let exorcised evil spirits escape out into the dark north, before being slammed shut forever.
