The year 2021 in Valencia was packed with construction projects. Just the year before, Valencia had finalized the first phase of the reconstruction of Plaza del Ayuntamiento. In 2021, it was time to start digging at Plaza de la Reina, Plaza del Mercado, and many other locations throughout the city.
At times, the entire city center felt like a war zone, with construction noise coming from every direction. However, we’re overall very happy with the results, as the projects have significantly improved the quality of life in Valencia.
