Years ago, rcdb would tweet a link to a video of a roller coaster in Japan that blew my mind, not only because the ride itself was unlike anything else, but because I’d never heard anyone talk about it. I knew one day I’d have to share the story of Daidarasaurus and it has finally come. The story before is actually very interesting too, as Japan receives no credit for their impressive steel coaster innovations, ahead of most of the world at the time. This is certainly a ride I’d love to go back and time and see for myself, and the rest of the video about the creation of the ride is certainly worth a watch.
