The Ulster Way!! After 29 days of hiking, I finally made the border and crossed into Fermanagh to begin the Ulster Way part of The Ireland Way. Thankfully for the first part of this section, I was joined by some good friends both human and canine.
I've decided to dedicate this episode to Pearse Gannon and Louise Furey, two amazing people who's sad passing was the kick up the arse I needed to pluck the courage to do this mad walk. While walking The Ireland Way I raised money for The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust, a truly wonderful charity that was monumental in getting both Pearse and Louise home.
