We are living in a very, very unique moment in history — and I believe it's time we get conscious together, or we're going to get conscious the hard way.
In this video, I'm sharing one of the topics I return to often in my own life and practice: the symptoms of consciousness rising. I'll walk you through what consciousness actually is, drawing on the philosophy of Plotinus and the work of Edward Edinger, and break down the three qualities of the soul — abiding, reflecting, and representing — that I find absolutely essential for real growth and real change.
