Most people don’t realize there’s literally a brain in the gut — a network of neurons as large as the entire brainstem and spinal cord. That’s how much intelligence lives in your solar plexus.
The heart’s field is powerful, but the gut’s is vast — it processes emotion, energy, and instinct faster than the mind. Beyond nerves and chemicals, there’s the biophoton system: light communicating at the speed of consciousness.
When you speak to water, it responds. Add living bacteria and the intelligence magnifies — the energy becomes electric. These microbes are conscious life forms, communicating just like the ecosystems in nature.
Everything we eat, drink, and breathe is energy, chemistry, hydration, and organisms — what I call the Echo Eco. Whatever we do to them in our environment, we do to ourselves.
Healing begins when we remember that what’s inside of us is all around us — one living field of life, light, and love.
