We're now in a water area, with water variants of enemies. They keep reminding me of Z'goks, or maybe Goggs from Gundam. Water slows down your movement speed which is just...not fun.
The boss for this stage is Vitis, now fighting for real. Honestly you can just brute force him. He did get me a game over but I kind of just got unlucky there, every other time I fought him I just attacked normally and overpowered him. Vitis is the only one that doesn't freak out from being defeated and having the truth about the gods revealed to him.
