In this video I discuss the topic of people hearing strange sounds in the city of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
This is something that happens worldwide and it seems to have been really picking up steam over the past 15 years or so. People have recorded a variety of strange sounds, and a lot of them can't be easily explained.
A January 12, 2012 YouTube video with 3.8 million views taken near Conklin, Alberta presents a very strange sound recorded by workers in the area.
This seemed to really kick off a wave of strange experiences throughout Alberta that year.
Many people in Edmonton recorded various strange sounds that they heard throughout the year, and there were many other similar reports in the following years.
There is even a popular X account called "Alberta Hum" that looks at a certain subset of these experiences and tries to find rational explanations for them.
I share my own experience that I had in the fall of 2020 in Edmonton on Victoria Promenade near 117 street at about 10 pm.
