The Sinnerman

It's been quite a long time since I recorded anything and this song came to me quite quickly and unexpectedly.
It's a commentary about the type of hypocritical fundamentalist preachers who proclaim the ordinary man to be a sinner, yet end up being exposed themselves for their own sins.
There's really nothing special about the song. Just two chords (Emaj & Amaj) and a single riff which repeats throughout. I had a bit of fun towards the end creating the gospel choir. I'm not sure how many tracks it is with me singing the various parts but there's at least 30 backing vocal tracks.
I also wanted the sound of a 'preacher' during the instrumental and chose to record myself doing it but was unsure which Bible passage to use.
I eventually settled on Ezekiel 25:17 which Tarantino fans might recognise as the speech Samuel L Jackson said during Pulp Fiction.
Fully recorded, mixed and mastered in GarageBand on MacOS.
A basic instrument set up of drums, bass, a couple of lead guitars, a couple of rhythm guitars, lead vocals and lots of backing vocals.
The video was compiled in iMovie. For lack of inspiration it's just footage of me walking along a shingle road beside a railway track. Again, nothing special. Although I did time it right for a passing train haha
