The strongest connection Mono line to the braid line may be the SC knot. Even twists of the double and parallel braid line around the mono allow even distribution of the tension from the braid onto the mono. The knot is optimal for attaching a leader fishing line to the main braided fishing line. Tying it is simple and straightforward; everyone can do it!
